CleanTelligent alternatives, and what the Otuvy rebrand changed
If you searched for CleanTelligent and landed somewhere called Otuvy, nothing has gone wrong. CleanTelligent rebranded to Otuvy and the janitorial quality control product is now Otuvy Quality Management. The company footer still carries both names. This page covers what the current plans cost, what moved into add-ons, and the platforms worth putting beside it before you renew.

What the rebrand actually changed
The product itself carries over from CleanTelligent unchanged, and only the packaging is new. Quality Management is now sold in three tiers, and several things people think of as core, like work orders, client portal access, front-line task management and operational dashboards, sit in higher tiers or in separate add-ons.
- QM Inspect, $150 a month: 5 users, unlimited service locations, unlimited inspections.
- QM Pro, $250 a month: adds work orders, job scheduling, QR code form capture and client portal access.
- QM Enterprise: custom quote.
- Add-ons: Operational Intelligence Core $99, Platinum $249, Otuvy Frontline $50 a month plus $7 per user. Additional users run roughly $25 to $45 depending on tier.
Comparing on $150 alone undercounts it. Add whichever of those pieces your operation actually needs to get the real number. If your requirement is “an inspection becomes an assigned deficiency that a front-line cleaner closes with a photo,” price QM Pro plus Frontline and compare that.
A note on old pricing numbers
Review aggregators still carry figures for this product well north of $400 a month, and those numbers get copied into comparison listicles. The vendor publishes $150 and $250 on its own site today. Price every vendor from their own page, and get the number in writing before the trial ends. That applies to us too.

KleanProof
One job, done thoroughly: the inspection and what happens after it. Pass / Fail / N/A, a photo forced on every fail, and the failures from one walk collected into a single ticket with an owner, a due date and a review step. Front-line cleaners get a link by email or text, fix it, photograph the fix, and a supervisor reviews before it closes. Nothing self-closes. Sites and inspections unlimited; $250 CAD a month for 2 supervisor seats, $500 for 10, $50 per additional seat, cleaners always free, 30 days to try it.
Choose something else if you need bidding, timekeeping or payroll in the same system.
OrangeQC
The most direct like-for-like comparison to Otuvy’s quality management: purpose-built for janitorial, published pricing at $250 a month for 2 inspectors and $500 for 10, $50 per additional inspector, free admin, ticket and view-only users, and a 30-day trial that does not ask for a card. The full seven-platform comparison.
Janitorial Manager
The all-in-one option: quality checks, timekeeping, work loading and bidding, work orders, inventory and client communication in one system. Pricing is not published; the site routes to a demo. Worth a look if consolidating three systems is the actual goal, and worth asking for the number early if it is not.
Swept
Published plans from $30 a month for Launch, $150 for Optimize and $225 for Scale, banded by location count, covering scheduling, GPS time tracking, multilingual messaging, supply management and profitability reporting, with inspections in the mix. Strong if attendance and crew communication are the bleeding problem rather than quality scoring.
Mitti by SafetyCulture
The general-purpose option, per seat: free for up to 10 team members with 5 templates, $24 to $29 per seat per month for Premium, Enterprise on quote. Enormous template library, no native concept of a cleaning customer or a seat-less cleaner. Where that strains on a janitorial contract.
What to test before you renew
Renewal is the only moment you have leverage, so use it on a real test rather than a demo. Take your most complained-about site, build its inspection in your current tool and in one alternative, and walk it once in each. Compare whether the customer-facing output is sendable as-is, whether every failed item landed on a named person with a date, and whether anyone confirmed the fix before it closed. If your current platform needs an add-on to answer that last question, that add-on is part of its price. The full reasoning is in the quality control system.
Common questions
Is CleanTelligent still around?
Yes, under a different name. CleanTelligent now trades as Otuvy, and the janitorial quality control product is Otuvy Quality Management. The company footer still carries the CleanTelligent name, so it is a rebrand rather than a shutdown or an acquisition by an unrelated buyer.
What does Otuvy cost?
Published on their pricing page: QM Inspect is $150 per month for 5 users with unlimited service locations and unlimited inspections. QM Pro is $250 per month and adds work orders, job scheduling, QR code form capture and client portal access. QM Enterprise is a custom quote. Add-ons include Operational Intelligence Core at $99, Platinum at $249, and Otuvy Frontline at $50 per month plus $7 per user. Verified on otuvy.com/pricing, August 2026.
Older comparisons say CleanTelligent costs over $400 a month. Which is right?
The higher figures circulating on review aggregators predate the current published pricing. Otuvy publishes $150 and $250 tiers on its own site today. Always price a vendor from their own page, and confirm the number in writing during the trial.
What is the main reason people switch off it?
Usually modularity. The base inspection plan is reasonably priced, and then work orders, dashboards and front-line task management each sit in a different tier or add-on. If your requirement is an inspection that turns into an assigned deficiency a cleaner actually closes, price the full stack you need before comparing headline numbers.
