Text messages
We only text people who asked us to. Here's what we send and how to stop it.
Effective October 28, 2026
Who sends them
Texts come from KleanProof, cleaning inspection software operated by Genesis Media, a sole proprietorship registered in British Columbia, Canada.
What we text you about
- Confirming a demo you booked with us, with the meeting link.
- A reminder the day before your demo, and a note when the meeting room opens.
- A link to pick a new time if you ask to reschedule or we miss each other.
- Replies to texts you send us.
We don't send promotions or bulk marketing texts.
How you agree to texts
When you book a demo or ask for information on a call with our team, we ask whether we can text you the details at the number you give us. We only text you after you say yes, and we record the date and the person who took your consent. Texting our number first also counts as asking us to reply by text.
Before booking, our team member reads this to you, word for word:
"Can I text you the confirmation at this number? It's from KleanProof, just about this demo: the booking details, a reminder the day before, and a link if you need to change the time. It's usually 1 to 4 texts. Message and data rates may apply, and you can reply STOP anytime to stop or HELP for help. Is that okay?"
Our calls are recorded, and the recording of your yes is kept with your booking, along with the date, the number you agreed for, and who took the call. If you say no, we don't text you; we email the details or read them out instead. The first text you get confirms your booking and says you can reply STOP to stop texts.
How often
It depends on what you booked. Most people get 1 to 4 texts per demo. Message and data rates may apply.
Stopping texts and getting help
Reply STOP at any time and we won't text you again. Reply HELP for help, or email info@kleanproof.com.
Your number stays with us
We never sell or share your mobile number or your consent to receive texts with anyone for their own marketing. See our privacy policy and terms for the rest.
