Cleaning software with photo proof on every fail and every fix
A failed item without a photo is one person’s word against another’s. KleanProof puts a photo on both ends of every deficiency. The supervisor photographs the problem when they fail the line, and the cleaner photographs the fix before it can close.
Proof on the failure
When a supervisor marks a line Fail, the camera opens on the spot. The inspection will not submit without the photo. That one rule changes how the record reads months later, because every failure has a picture taken in front of the problem, filed under the area it belongs to, on the date of the inspection. Supervisors stop writing essays in the notes field. The photo does the explaining, and a short note covers anything it cannot show, like which stall or which side of the glass.
Proof on the fix
Every failure from an inspection is gathered into one ticket with its own reference code, an owner and a due date. The cleaner responsible gets a link by email or text showing the photo, the area and the instruction. They fix it, take a photo of the fix, and send it back. The link works on any phone with no login.
A supervisor then looks at the fix photo beside the original failure photo and makes the call, so an item closes only when a person who saw both pictures agrees the problem is gone. If it is still there, the item stays open.
Who the photos are for
Your customer comes first. A property manager with a report link can see what was found and what was closed without logging in to anything, and when a tenant complains, the manager has a dated record to answer with.
Your supervisors can confirm a fix at a site they are not standing in. That is what lets one supervisor cover more buildings without the standard slipping at the ones they visit least.
Your cleaners get credit. Good cleaning mostly goes unseen because it happens after hours. A fix photo puts it on the record under the name of the person who did the work.
Proof of clean at renewal
A year of photos attached to a year of inspections is the file you bring to the renewal. It shows how many times you were in the building, what you found, how fast each item was fixed and how the score moved across the year. A price increase attached to that record reads as a line item. The reasoning behind running a building that way is in the quality control system.
On a phone, in the building
KleanProof runs on iPhone and Android, from the App Store and Google Play. It is built for a supervisor walking a building with one hand free: big targets, one decision per line, and a camera that opens itself. Basements and stairwells with no signal do not stop the walk. More on the inspection side is on the cleaning inspection app page, and cleaning quality assurance software covers the full loop from inspection to customer report.
If you want to see what a well-written failure note looks like before you set anything up, the cleaning inspection form has a filled-in example.

Common questions
What is proof of clean software?
Software that records evidence the cleaning met the standard, usually through inspections with photos attached. In KleanProof the evidence sits on each inspection: a photo on every failed line, a photo of every fix, and a supervisor's sign-off before anything closes.
Does the cleaner need to download an app to send a fix photo?
No. The cleaner gets a link by email or text, opens it on their own phone, and takes the fix photo from there. Front-line cleaners never need an account or a seat, so they are never billed.
Can a supervisor skip the photo on a failed item?
No. A failed line cannot be submitted without a photo. That rule is what makes the record hold up later, when a customer or a crew questions what was found.
Can my customer see the results?
Yes. Your customer gets a report link they can open without an account, showing the score, what was found and what was closed.
